The registration fee includes all lunches, coffee breaks, conference dinner and participation in the conference.

Hotel booking
Hotels will have to be booked separately. The conference official hotel is Elite Palace Hotel, Sankt Eriksgatan 115, 113 34 Stockholm, Sweden. The special conference rate is 1340 SEK/per night for Superior room (single use), including breakfast and WiFi. The rate and room availability are guaranteed until the 16th of May 2017. Please note that the room booking is for the stay from 13 June to 16 June. For any bookings outside of the period, you should first use the link above to book for the period from 13 June to 16 June and then e-mail the booking reference number to the hotel so that they can make sure that you will stay in the same room.
